As I said commenting my latest deviation, I noticed that all my works look extremely bright, too bright, on flatscreens.
Maybe my own monitor is old, but what I see as pitch-black on my screen is shown as a pale dark grey on other monitors. I've tested this on at least 4 different computers and the result is always the same. My drawings look too bright and espcially those that are based on black and shadows (like Morpheus, or the Gargoyles pictures) look terrible - the shadows are not where they're supposed to be and you can see strokes of colors that are supposed to be very dark and/or shadowed.
I really don't know how to fix this on my computer, so when you look at my art, if you see it as too bright or anything like that, keep in mind that it's usually supposed to look darker and probably a little more defined.
