HQ Tattoo Contest Chibi Harley

Here's a chibi Harley tattoo design for 's contest. I have absolutely no idea how an actual tattoo design should look like so I'm pretty sure mine would be difficult to use for a tattoo artist, but I do know that I like simple, stylized tattoos (not on me though - I would never be brave enough to get one) so I decided to go for that. Chibi characters always work, and Harley Quinn is so sweet and cute and devious that the chibi style fits her perfectly.
